Customer Support [Japanese Speaking | Hybrid | Up to 6,000 MYR]

Responsibilities:
- Support customers throughout their stay by handling enquiries, resolving residential or office issues, and providing guidance.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance works, including arranging contractors, quotations, and emergency responses.
- Provide practical support for contracts and property management, including confirming contract details, renewals, move-outs, and documentation.
- Liaise with property owners, partners, landlords, and vendors to ensure smooth issue resolution and service delivery.
- Manage cases using ESHUB by logging activities, registering contract data, monitoring task notifications, and providing process improvement feedback.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 equivalent) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service; experience in real estate customer service is an added advantage.
- Strong task management and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Basic PC proficiency, including Google Workspace, Excel, and online tools.
- Flexible, considerate, and professional communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to provide reassurance by staying attentive to customer needs and following through on tasks.
- Strong teamwork skills in multicultural environment.
- Willingness to adopt new tools and technology and respond promptly with ownership of responsibilities.
