Customer Support [Japanese Speaking | Hybrid | Up to 6,000 MYR]

Responsibilities:

  • Support customers throughout their stay by handling enquiries, resolving residential or office issues, and providing guidance.
  • Coordinate repair and maintenance works, including arranging contractors, quotations, and emergency responses.
  • Provide practical support for contracts and property management, including confirming contract details, renewals, move-outs, and documentation.
  • Liaise with property owners, partners, landlords, and vendors to ensure smooth issue resolution and service delivery.
  • Manage cases using ESHUB by logging activities, registering contract data, monitoring task notifications, and providing process improvement feedback.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Japanese language (JLPT N1 equivalent) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English language for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in hospitality or customer service; experience in real estate customer service is an added advantage.
  • Strong task management and scheduling skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Basic PC proficiency, including Google Workspace, Excel, and online tools.
  • Flexible, considerate, and professional communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to provide reassurance by staying attentive to customer needs and following through on tasks.
  • Strong teamwork skills in multicultural environment.
  • Willingness to adopt new tools and technology and respond promptly with ownership of responsibilities.
