M&E Coordinator (Maju Station MRT Project)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver project objectives within agreed scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Interpret technical designs and construction drawings for on-site implementation.
  • Ensure all works comply with regulatory requirements and client specifications.
  • Coordinate Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services and prepare CSD/SEM drawings for submission.
  • Coordinate and integrate Civil, Architectural, and M&E works with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Prepare progress reports highlighting delays, defects, and rectification measures for M&E works.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve M&E-related technical issues on site.
  • Report M&E work progress and arrange site inspections with contractors, subcontractors, and clerks-of-works.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in M&E or construction-related projects.
  • Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Proficiency in using Navisworks is required.
  • Strong understanding of M&E coordination, construction drawings, and site execution.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
