M&E Engineer [Up to $5,500]

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver project objectives within defined scope, schedule, cost, and quality parameters.
  • Interpret and review technical designs and construction drawings for on-site implementation.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations, safety standards, and client specifications.
  • Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services, including preparation of CSD and SEM drawings for submission.
  • Integrate Civil, Architectural, and M&E works through coordination with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
  • Plan, develop, and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and milestones.
  • Prepare progress reports for clients and project managers, highlighting delays, defects, and rectification measures for M&E works.
  • Provide technical advice and resolve M&E-related engineering and site issues.
  • Monitor and report progress of M&E works, and coordinate site inspections with system-wide contractors, subcontractors, and clerks-of-works.
  • Enforce workplace safety and health requirements, aiming for zero accidents.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Mechanical and Electrical works within the construction industry.
