Responsibilities :

Responsible for inbound travel from Japan by supporting contract with hotels and promoting them to customers in Japan.
Current situation analysis for partners (mainly hotel partners) – Consulting to partners, aimed at creating win win online travel / accommodation plans for online sales.
Plan and create accommodation plans.
Production support for online customized pages.
Business development to increase advertisement sales to partners.
Customer service support for local partners.
Other adhoc duties

Requirements :

Minimum of 3 years’ working in hospitality or related.
Proficiency in Japanese (JLPT N1) to communicate with Japanese speaking counterparts.
Experience working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment with a track record of strong results.
Proven track record of self-motivated performance and perseverance in travel or related industry.
Able to work with minimal guidance and drive partnership opportunities forward.
Strong attention to detail and have the ability to see the end game of each business opportunity.
Business, sales experience
Customer service experience.
