Sales Account Manager

Job Summary:
A client-facing sales role focused on growing existing accounts and developing new opportunities across power, IT, and critical infrastructure solutions.
Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow assigned existing client accounts across multiple industry verticals, balancing new business development and account farming activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and customer roadmaps to drive long-term client satisfaction and business expansion.
  • Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for products and services, including UPS systems, IT infrastructure solutions, maintenance renewals, and modernization projects.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing pre-sales and post-sales support, as well as coordinating project-related activities when required.
  • Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and responses to RFQs and RFPs.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets in line with established KPIs and performance objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales pipelines, and forecasts using the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience within power systems, electrical, facilities management, or IT networking equipment sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of UPS systems, critical power solutions, or facility M&E services is an added advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-value accounts using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
