Job Summary:
Support and grow a coronary intervention portfolio by delivering clinical expertise, sales excellence, and strong customer partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, case coverage, physician training, and allied healthcare staff training.
  • Deliver product education through demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions across multiple platforms.
  • Attend hospital CathLab procedures to support product usage, training, and CME-related activities.
  • Conduct regular customer and prospect visits to understand clinical needs, propose solutions, and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and grow existing accounts while developing new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clinicians, hospital management, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Support market development initiatives for existing and new products, including the use of consignment models.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D, technical support) to address customer needs and resolve issues.
  • Manage sales administration tasks including inventory control, forecasting, billing, tenders, and quotations.
  • Prepare and submit monthly and annual market insights, sales updates, and business reports to the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, with exposure to cardiology; knowledge of orthopaedics is an added advantage.
  • Strong clinical aptitude with the ability to provide intra-procedural support in high-pressure and complex environments.
  • Highly driven, customer-focused, and results-oriented, with proven ability to build strong relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain clinical and technical information to medical and non-medical audiences.
  • Willingness to attend medical procedures and provide on-site clinical support as required.
