Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end case management for insurance applications and ongoing policy servicing
  • Manage daily operational workflows, turnaround times, and service quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with consultants and internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex cases
  • Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and client experience
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to junior team members
  • Ensure accurate documentation, regulatory compliance, and adherence to internal policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in client management, relationship building, and delivering high-quality service within the high-net-worth (HNW) segment
  • Strong understanding of life insurance products and insurance brokerage operational processes, particularly for HNW clients
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills to manage complex and high-volume cases
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and professionalism
  • Leadership or team supervision experience is an added advantage
  • Familiarity with the Singapore insurance regulatory environment is an added advantage
