Job Summary:
Drive regional sales growth by promoting innovative power generation and industrial products across diverse market sectors in Asia Pacific.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and develop sales of new products across Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, and Industrial sectors.
- Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs, trends, and business opportunities.
- Engage customers and partners through meetings and presentations to drive product adoption and sales.
- Identify new applications and expand business opportunities within assigned markets.
- Support technical and commercial discussions to address customer requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.
- Prepare and provide regular sales updates and reports to the Industrial Head of Department.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development of technical or OEM products.
- Experience in selling generator power systems or industrial chillers is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
- Goal-oriented with strong commercial and business acumen.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
- Strong presentation skills with confident verbal and written communication abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for power generation and spare parts products.
- Exposure to Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, or Industrial markets.
- Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking capability.
