Job Summary:
Drive regional sales growth by promoting innovative power generation and industrial products across diverse market sectors in Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and develop sales of new products across Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, and Industrial sectors.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs, trends, and business opportunities.
  • Engage customers and partners through meetings and presentations to drive product adoption and sales.
  • Identify new applications and expand business opportunities within assigned markets.
  • Support technical and commercial discussions to address customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Prepare and provide regular sales updates and reports to the Industrial Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in sales or business development of technical or OEM products.
  • Experience in selling generator power systems or industrial chillers is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently with a strong sense of accountability.
  • Goal-oriented with strong commercial and business acumen.
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia regions.
  • Strong presentation skills with confident verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with enthusiasm for power generation and spare parts products.
  • Exposure to Power Generation, Agriculture, Marine, or Industrial markets.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking capability.
