Tele-Sales Executive [Hybrid Work Arrangement]

Job Summary:
An opportunity to support sales growth by qualifying leads, driving upgrade opportunities, and coordinating appointments through proactive customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to single‑unit MIF customers to identify and promote machine upgrade opportunities.
- Engage customers to understand business needs, assess upgrade potential, and generate interest.
- Capture customer intent and guide interested customers through appointment booking or upgrade documentation processes.
- Convert qualified upgrade opportunities into scheduled appointments for Account Managers.
- Coordinate and route appointments to the assigned Account Manager for timely follow‑up.
- Respond promptly to inbound sales leads from the Sales Administration team.
- Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria and route qualified leads accurately.
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation of call notes, appointments, and customer details in the CRM system.
- Monitor Account Manager responsiveness to inbound leads and highlight follow‑up gaps.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records and activity logs in CRM.
- Prepare weekly reports covering activities, KPIs, customer feedback, and recurring issues.
- Identify common customer concerns or upgrade barriers to support continuous process improvement.
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication skills with professional and confident phone etiquette.
- Persuasive and resilient communicator, comfortable handling objections.
- Ability to assess customer needs and identify upgrade opportunities.
- Well‑organized and disciplined in managing call lists, follow‑ups, and CRM updates.
- Target‑driven with the ability to meet call volume and appointment conversion KPIs.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand product value propositions quickly.
- Customer‑centric mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the Sales team.
- 1–2 years of experience in tele‑sales, call centre, customer service, or inside sales is an added advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics 365 is an added advantage.
- Prior exposure to B2B or equipment‑based environments is an added advantage.
