Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain project models and construction documents using BIM software.
  • Establish and manage BIM workflows across all project phases.
  • Set up BIM projects and perform ongoing project administration.
  • Lead clash detection, BIM coordination, and resolution on construction sites.
  • Prepare and update coordinated Revit models and drawings.
  • Produce 2D/3D shop drawings and as-built documentation.
  • Coordinate with the Project Document Controller to ensure accurate and timely data transfer.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in electrical or related
  • Possession of a recognized BIM certification.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BIM Coordinator and 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Revit Certified Specialist with working knowledge of Navisworks.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Experience in adopting BIM processes on large-scale construction projects from tender to completion is an added advantage.
