Job Summary:
A commercially driven parts sales professional role supporting distributors through aftermarket sales, forecasting, inventory optimization, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively manage sales opportunities from lead generation through fulfilment to achieve timely delivery and profitability.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to support management planning.
  • Promote aftermarket service sales to distributors in coordination with spare parts sales activities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategies targeting new opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide technical spare parts support and advice across a wide range of diesel industrial engines, from small to large capacity.
  • Optimize inventory levels, including own stock and customer consignment stock, to balance cost efficiency and parts availability.
  • Maintain accurate records of projects, pricing, sales performance, and activity reports.
  • Develop and deliver proposal presentations to internal sales teams, customers, and prospective clients.
  • Lead and participate in cross-functional continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in spare parts, automotive, or related industrial sectors.
  • Prior spare parts experience with engine manufacturers is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong interest in spare parts and power generation products.
  • Good interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Independent, results-oriented, and commercially minded with sound business acumen.
