Clinical Pharmacist [Fast Hiring]

Responsibilities:
- Ensure safe, accurate, and timely dispensing of medications in accordance with professional standards
- Collaborate with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care
- Support day‑to‑day pharmacy operations, including medication packing when required
- Work closely with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to provide holistic patient care
- Assist in training activities under the guidance of senior colleagues
- Participate in service improvement and innovation initiatives
- Contribute to departmental goals through additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council, or pending registration
- Hospital pharmacy experience is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance in a dynamic environment
- Responsible, adaptable, and open to continuous learning
- Good listening, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across job functions
