Job Summary:
  
An exciting opportunity to support inbound travel from Japan by driving hotel partnerships, accommodation planning, and online travel business growth.
  
Responsibilities:

  • Support inbound travel operations from Japan by coordinating hotel contracts and promoting accommodation offerings to the Japanese market
  • Analyze current performance of partner hotels and provide consultative support to develop mutually beneficial online travel and accommodation plans
  • Plan, create, and manage accommodation packages for online sales channels
  • Provide production support for customized online pages and promotional content
  • Drive business development initiatives to increase advertising and promotional sales to partner hotels
  • Provide customer service support to local partners and address operational needs effectively

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ relevant sales experience in hospitality, travel, or related industries
  • Proficiency in Japanese to communicate with Japanese-speaking counterparts
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment with strong results
  • Demonstrated self-motivation, resilience, and perseverance in achieving business outcomes
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and proactively drive partnership opportunities
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to assess opportunities holistically and manage end-to-end execution
  • Business or sales experience is an added advantage
  • Customer service experience is an added advantage
