Facilities Technician (Commercial Building | Up to $3.5K)

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and systems within the shopping center.
  • Carry out routine inspections and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air-conditioning issues.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and rectify faults to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repair, servicing, and maintenance works.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and maintain proper maintenance records.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in building maintenance, electrical, plumbing & sanitary works within a commercial building environment.
  • Comfortable working on standby duties and rotating shifts as and when required.
  • Able to perform troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and repair works independently.
