Assistant Sales Manager ( $3.5k basic + Commission )

Responsibilities
Team Management
- Manage and supervise junior sales staff and support team members.
- Provide guidance, task allocation, and performance monitoring for subordinate staff.
- Support team development and ensure smooth coordination within the sales team.
Client Acquisition & Sales Execution
- Conduct B2B sales activities targeting clients in the construction, events, logistics, and facility management industries.
- Identify and approach prospective clients proactively.
- Conduct site visits, present company services, and prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up closely with clients to secure deals and achieve individual sales targets.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and prepare sales proposals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Provide regular after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service-related issues with a problem-solving mindset.
Sales Operations Support
- Assist with contract preparation, documentation, and coordination with internal departments.
- Update the CRM system with customer information, sales leads, and activities.
- Monitor delivery status and ensure client requirements are fulfilled on time.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on Qool Enviro’s products and service offerings.
- Understand rental procedures, pricing structures, and service commitments.
- Gather market intelligence and share competitor insights with the team.
Reporting & Performance
- Submit weekly sales reports, forecasts, and updates to the Sales Manager / Head of Sales.
- Achieve KPIs related to leads, conversions, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Sales & Business Development: Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with proven ability in lead generation, quotation/proposal preparation, client presentations, negotiations, and sales closing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong relationship-building and customer service skills, including after-sales support, issue resolution, and maintaining long-term client partnerships.
- Communication & Coordination: Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand client needs, present solutions professionally, and coordinate with internal teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Leadership & Teamwork: Experience in supervising or leading team members preferred, with strong collaboration and people coordination skills.
- Organization & Industry Knowledge: Skilled in CRM/sales tracking, account management, reporting, and knowledgeable in mobile toilet rental services, pricing, and relevant industries such as construction, events, or facilities management.
- Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, results-driven, and eager to learn and grow within a team-oriented environment.
