Senior Sales Executive (Japanese Speaking)

Job Summary
An opportunity to drive strategic business growth through consultative sales, market expansion, and close collaboration with design and project teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new market opportunities with a strong focus on end users, architects, and interior designers (A&D community).
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, referrals, meetings, and industry networking.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans to address customer needs and capture emerging market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal logistics, design, and technical teams to ensure timely service delivery and successful project execution.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to prepare customized proposals aligned with client requirements and corporate standards.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including forecasting, lead qualification, closing, and post‑sales relationship management.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain consistent follow‑up to achieve high conversion rates.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a relevant industry such as office furniture, interior design, A&D (architects & designers), fit-out, or project-based solution sales.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines, work effectively under pressure, and resolve problems independently.
  • Strong passion for sales with a high level of energy, motivation, and drive.
  • Detail‑oriented, creative, self‑motivated, and able to work both independently and as a team player.
  • Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Willingness to undertake light overseas business travel as required.
  • Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese‑speaking clients and stakeholders.
