Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity for a sales and marketing professional to support innovative coronary intervention technologies through clinical expertise and strong customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, case coverage, physician training, and allied healthcare staff training.
- Deliver product education through demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions across multiple platforms.
- Attend hospital CathLab procedures to support case execution, training initiatives, and CME-related activities.
- Offer ongoing clinical and technical guidance to physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure proper and safe product use.
- Conduct regular visits to customers and prospects to understand clinical needs, propose solutions, and achieve sales targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with hospital management, purchasing teams, and clinical stakeholders.
- Support market development initiatives for existing and new products, including consignment and related business models.
- Address customer issues by proposing effective solutions or coordinating with internal teams such as sales, marketing, R&D, and technical support.
- Manage sales administration activities including inventory control, forecasting, billing, tenders, and quotations.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual market insights and business reports to the Manager using available reporting tools.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in medical device or healthcare sales, with exposure to cardiology; orthopedic knowledge is an added advantage.
- Strong clinical understanding with the ability to support coronary intervention and PTCA-related procedures.
- Highly motivated, customer-focused, and capable of building long-term relationships with clinicians and key stakeholders.
- Comfortable attending medical procedures and providing intra-operative support in high-pressure and complex environments.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey clinical and technical information to both medical and non-medical audiences.
