Job Summary

Lead regional market expansion and distribution of innovative respiratory PPE solutions across Malaysia, Taiwan, and Singapore.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to support regional business growth and market expansion.
  • Drive demand generation through market analysis, pricing strategies, and product positioning initiatives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support commercial decision-making.
  • Lead new product approval processes and support product lifecycle management initiatives.
  • Generate new business opportunities and contribute recommendations for product and portfolio development.
  • Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and R&D investment planning.
  • Prepare and monitor monthly sales performance, forecasts, and business development reports.
  • Manage pricing, cost analysis, quotation preparation, and timely follow-up with customers and distributors.
  • Control divisional expenditure to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
  • Deliver technical sales presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions to customers and distributors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key end users, distributors, and business partners.
  • Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events, and customer engagements.
  • Manage customer inquiries, resolve commercial or technical issues, and coordinate internally for effective solutions.
  • Plan and manage inventory levels in line with forecasted demand and market requirements.
  • Travel extensively within the assigned regions to support sales, distributors, and major accounts.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the personal protective equipment (PPE) industry, including at least 5 years in reusable half-mask respirator (RPPE) sales.
  • Proven track record in developing new business opportunities and expanding regional markets.
  • Strong customer-facing experience within the PPE sector, with sound knowledge of relevant certification and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales and market development strategies.
  • Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
