Responsibilities:
- Prepare, maintain, and update technical documentation for seafood raw materials and finished products.
- Manage documentation and records for the Food Safety & Quality Management System (FSQMS), including SOPs, work instructions, and quality records.
- Monitor compliance with food safety standards, regulatory requirements, and internal quality policies.
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming raw materials, in-process production stages, and finished goods.
- Investigate customer complaints and quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with production, warehouse, and purchasing teams to ensure quality requirements are consistently met.
- Support internal and external audits, as well as regulatory inspections.
- Prepare quality reports and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the factory.
- Participate in overseas supplier visits or audits when required.
Requirements:
[Must]
- Diploma or Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Quality Assurance or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in F&B manufacturing, preferably within seafood processing.
- Familiarity with Food Safety Management Systems such as HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC, and GMP.
- Strong attention to detail with effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication skills with the ability to prepare clear and accurate documentation.
- Willingness to travel overseas for supplier visits or audits when required.
