Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to assigned customers to achieve sales targets.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between customers, sales channels, and internal departments.
  • Identify and resolve customer needs creatively to meet sales objectives.
  • Profile and develop target accounts effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within the industry.
  • Travel locally and internationally to meet key customers when required.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze customer and competitor information to support sales strategies.
  • Recommend alternative brand products to customers for end-of-life (EOL) parts.

Requirements

  • Relevant sales experience is preferred. Candidates without direct experience but with a strong goal-oriented mindset, willingness to learn, and resilience are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage customers effectively.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required as you need to deal with English-speaking and Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
