Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and coordinate ACMV shop drawings, detailed drawings, and as‑built drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
  • Produce accurate drawings independently and perform self‑checks prior to submission.
  • Coordinate with designers and site engineers on drawing details, clarifications, and sketches as required by project stakeholders.
  • Maintain and manage drawing records, revisions, and related documentation.
  • Develop BIM MEP models and liaise with BIM coordinators to ensure compliance with project and client requirements.
  • Update drawings promptly to reflect design changes and instructions from supervising personnel.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a Professional Certificate/NITEC or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in ACMV or building services drafting.
  • Strong knowledge of building services systems, including ducting and piping, for industrial and commercial developments.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (BIM) applications for 2D and 3D drafting and modelling.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver accurate drawings within tight schedules.
  • Good coordination and communication skills to work effectively with project teams.
