Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to manage customer programs and drive revenue growth within the electronics manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to support revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Manage customer RFQ processes, including cost preparation, pricing analysis, and sales strategy development.
  • Lead project management activities from RFQ stage through mass production to ensure timelines, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  • Coordinate with customers and cross-functional internal teams to align project activities and resolve operational issues.
  • Track and drive project deliverables using structured project management tools such as reports, action plans, and checklists.
  • Manage Engineering Change Orders (ECO), End-of-Life (EOL) processes, and inventory control to support effective product lifecycle management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS), PCBA, or Box Build operations.
  • Proven experience in process manufacturing and program or project management.
  • Strong understanding of EMS cost structures and cost modeling methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required for business needs.
