Job Summary:
Drive regional business growth by developing strategic marketing and sales initiatives within the Intra-Asia logistics market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to drive growth and acquire new clients across local and Intra-Asia markets
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities in the logistics sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to generate sales leads and expand business opportunities
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to prepare compelling proposals, tenders, RFQs, and presentations aligned with client requirements
- Negotiate commercial terms with clients and service providers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery and high client satisfaction
- Monitor carrier performance and market conditions to support effective sales strategies
- Prepare and present regular sales performance reports and updates to management
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales-related roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams
